ELECTION TO ENROLL IN AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS. I am electing to participate in MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay, for the payment of my total school charges as issued (“Invoices”), and depending on the payment method I have selected, hereby authorize MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay to charge to or initiate preauthorized debit entries from the credit card or bank account identified in the payment screen I viewed these terms from ("Account"). I agree that debit entry transactions shall be governed by the National Automated Clearing House Association rules. The first such credit card charge or debit entry request may be made when I submit this authorization. Thereafter, all charges or debit entries will be drafted after invoices are emailed to my registered account email. I agree to provide MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay with all updated information regarding my Account, including, but not limited to, as applicable, new expiration dates and account numbers. DEBIT/CHARGE AUTHORIZED. I hereby authorize MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay and their depository to present debits or make charges for the Invoices, as set forth in my billing statements, to the financial institution Account identified for the purpose of settling any Invoices from the school. In the event of any error in any charge or debit amount or the date of a charge or debit, or any other error, an amount equal to the amount necessary to cure such error, in each instance without any liability of MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay to me for any such error, including, but not limited to any late fees or non-sufficient funds charges I may incur, is hereby authorized by me to be made by MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay to cure such error.
TERMINATION OF MYSCHOOLWORX COMMERCE PAY. This authorization shall remain in full force and effect until MySchoolWorx Commerce Pay receives written notification from me of the termination of this authorization and has a reasonable opportunity to act on such notice of termination.
